HUDSON VALLEY CHIC … We photographed Rachel Scott of Wilhelmina at the picturesque Hudson Valley setting of The Garrison. Gowns were from Oleg Cassini at David’s Bridal, Eve of Milady, and Lucia Rodriguez. Makeup was by Meryl Schwartz of Ashimoto Essential Beauty and hair was by Kelsey Harker of Halo Beauty.
