Background / A Decades-Long history
In 2025 we celebrate the 26th Anniversary of Manhattan Bride and also celebrate the previous two decades of innovative magazines, award-winning photos, and charity benefits, all inspiring Manhattan Bride.
After launching our publishing company in the 80’s, I formed a foundation to help the city’s Homeless Children and Breast Cancer Research and held our first of 40 high-profile charity events.
Manhattan magazine celebrated creativity in the arts, business, sports, fashion, music, science, civil rights, philanthropy, and more, as did our annual Manhattan Awards benefits.
Our photo trips spanned the globe, as I was invited to shoot in Morocco, the Amazon Jungle, Tahiti, Paris, Jamaica, Maui, the Bahamas, and other romantic locations.
By 2000, I had hosted 40 celebrity-studded charity events and dinner-dances, with pressing deadlines, glitches, and treasured memories. We were ready to launch Manhattan Bride.
Publishing Manhattan and Manhattan Bride and hosting so many charity events has been immensely rewarding. Now our website is dedicated to helping you, as you start your new life!
