On the day of our wedding, they were absolutely flawless with their execution really took care of us, even setting up food and champagne in our room while we were getting ready between ceremony and reception, providing us with an attendant all day, and made the whole day fantastic. “We had the most wonderful experience here. Many guests came from out-of-town so we did a family weekend before the wedding. Gerry Burns and her staff could not have been more helpful and professional. We had beautiful rooms for gathering, for weekend meals, and for hair and makeup. The Conservatory Room is the prettiest place to have a small reception or service. The service for a wedding dinner, even for our 280 guests, was perfect. We were lucky to have Megan, Meryl, and Abby assigned to us for the weekend. The were cheerful, professional, and helpful, making us feel like VIP’s all weekend. Hilton Pearl River had the feel of a classy boutique hotel and a family business at the same time. “We cannot say enough about how incredible our wedding was at the Hilton Pearl River. Gerry Burns, Derek Rubino, Jacqueline Rochford, and their team went above and beyond to accommodate all our wishes. The building looks like a French Chateau from the outside and really photographs well, especially the lawn where we had our ceremony. The ballroom is beautiful and spacious, and the room where we had our cocktail hour is beautiful. The food was absolutely delicious and we received endless compliments. Gerry helped us find ways to save on costs by getting creative with our menu, which was a huge help. Everything was included in the price, which turned out to be a really good value. Derek Rubino is such a great day-of coordinator. All our vendors had worked at the Hilton Pearl River before and had great things to say. Everyone loves Gerry and her team!
