Dinner service was exceptional. All the options were delicious and the kitchen did a wonderful job preparing the entrées to order. Our personal favorite was the roasted duck breast in a wild cherry and herb reduction. Guests could also choose ahi tuna with peach salsa or flat iron steak with fresh herbs and wild mushrooms.
Our four-tier wedding cake was made by Sweet Sweet Sues and we chose the white chocolate vanilla with raspberry filling. It was both beautiful and delicious. We opted for buttercream icing and had fresh flowers to decorate our cake and added a silver monogram of an “M” as our topper. We also had crème brulé, chocolate milkshake shots, banana cream pie, apple pie purses, and more.
We want to thank everyone at Above, especially Alessandra, Tom, and Jackie, who helped ensure that our wedding day went perfectly. Thank you to the Nicotra’s, Above’s owners, for ensuring everything was going accordingly and also for personally visiting us on our day to give us their well wishes. Our entertainment company provided us with a DJ, MC, videographer, photographer, lighting production, and a photo booth.
